The Montbell Highland jacket and parka

If you're looking for a truly versatile jacket for your outdoor adventures, take a look at the Montbell Highland Jacket and Highland Parka. They're incredibly lightweight at just 357 grams and they compress to only 12x20 cm, taking up next-to-no-space in your backpack or luggage.

The insulation used in these jackets is high-quality 650 Fill Power Down, which provides excellent warmth retention even while being so lightweight. The sewn-through construction of the jackets keeps the down insulation in place.

The key difference between the Highland Jacket and the Highland Parka is the addition of a hood on the parka. The Highland Jacket is a great option for milder conditions or as a mid-layer in deeper cold conditions, while the hood on the parka provides additional warmth and protection for your head and face for winter activities.

Both the jacket and parka feature a Zip End Guard, which protects your chin and face from cold winds. The elastic cuffs also prevent cold air from entering, keeping you warm and comfortable. The Pocket Hem Adjuster allows for cinching the hem while helping keep out chill air, providing additional warmth.
