- After use, wash and air dry thoroughly. Do NOT use metal scrubbers or metal polish, which can damage the product. When washing, use lukewarm water and a mild soap. If using with a sports drink or anything other than water, take extra care when washing.
- Do not use paint thinner, benzene, metal scrubbers, metal polish or cleansers. These can cause rusting and damage the product.
- Do not use chlorine bleach.
- Do not sterilize by boiling. High temperatures can cause the parts to warp, which can possibly lead to leaks.
- The seal will deteriorate after extended use. Replace if water leaks from the connector.
- After washing, dry thoroughly before storing. Store in a well-ventilated, cool, dry place away from moisture, salt dust.
