- After use, remove the grip shaft, wipe of any dirt or residue, fold up loosely, and allow to dry completely. Do not apply lubricants to the shafts or stopper. Fold up loosely for storage. If stored with the ratched button locked, the tension will cause the tension cord to stretch. Store in a well ventilated, cool, dry place. Keep out of direct Sunlight and ultraviolet light.
