The hose is made of a material that doesn't have a scent or taste and has a cap that protects the mouthpiece from dust. Can be cleaned with the Trail Water Pack Maintenance Kit (sold separately). *Only compatible with the Flex Water Pack series.

- It is easier to clean the tube and the bladder with the Trail Water Pack Maintenance Kit. (sold separately) After use, wash and air dry thoroughly. Do NOT use metal scrubbers or metal polish, which can damage the product. When washing, use lukewarm water and a mild soap. If using with a sports drink or anything other than water, take extra care when washing. Do not use paint thinner, benzene, metal scrubbers, metal polish or cleansers. These can cause rusting and damage the product. Do not use chlorine bleach. Do not sterilize by boiling. High temperatures can cause the parts to warp, which can possibly lead to leaks. The seal will deteriorate after extended use. Replace if water leaks from the connector. After washing, dry thoroughly before storing. Store in a well-ventilated, cool, dry place away from moisture, salt dust.
